Refund Policy

At Playful Learning Games, we want you to be confident in your membership purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

Digital Memberships

Playful Learning Games offers monthly and annual memberships that provide immediate access to our growing library of printable educational resources.

Because access to our digital resources is available instantly after your membership is activated, we do not normally offer refunds once a membership has started.

When you complete your purchase and gain access to the members’ area, you acknowledge that:

  • Your membership begins immediately.
  • You have instant access to downloadable digital content.
  • You request immediate access to this digital content.
  • You understand that, once access has been provided, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content supplied immediately.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.

  • Monthly Memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
  • Annual Memberships remain active until the end of the current membership year. No further renewal payment will be taken after cancellation.

Cancelling your membership prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership period.

Downloaded Resources

Any resources you have downloaded and saved during your active membership are yours to keep for your own personal or classroom use in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Once your membership expires, you will no longer be able to access the members’ library or download additional resources.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to your membership which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect charges resulting from an error on our part.

Any such requests will be reviewed individually and are granted at the sole discretion of Playful Learning Games.

Problems Accessing Your Membership

If you experience any issues accessing your account or downloading resources, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve access problems quickly.
