Aim of the Game:
There are so many ways that milk bottle tops can be used to help with learning times table facts. Here are a few ideas.
What do you need?
- 12 milk bottle tops with the multiples of your chosen table written on them.
- 2 die
How to Play:
- Place the milk bottle tops on the table mixed up and order from smallest to largest.
- Once ordered, remove one or more of the tops and children have to guess which multiple(s) have been removed.
- Throw in some non-multiples of 8 and children could be timed to sort them.
- Roll the dice and children have to collect the multiple shown by the dice, e.g 9 x 8.
