Three Things to Play with Plastic Eggs

If you invest in a set of plastic eggs, they are a great resource to have for, not only Easter, but the whole year. You can play so many games with them and they are great for using both indoors and outdoors. Here’s three games you can play with them:

Adjective Bingo:
  • Draw a 3×3 grid on a piece of paper or whiteboard.
  • Fill each space in the grid with an adjective.
  • Put the same adjectives plus some different ones, in each egg.
  • Players choose an egg and if they pick an adjective that is on their grid, they can cross it out.
  • The winner is the player to cross all their adjectives out and shout ‘Bingo’.
Number Hunt:
  • Put 2 and 3 digit numbers inside each egg.
  • Players take it in turns to pick 3 eggs and total their score.
  • The player whose total is closest to 1000 wins.
Times Table Eggs:
  • Write times table questions on one half of the egg and the answers on the other side.
  • Twist the egg halves round and see if you can match up the questions and answers.

This is just a few games you can play. Definitely worth getting a set and they’re really not that expensive! I’ve linked a set on my Amazon store here, where I earn a tiny bit of commission if you purchase them through this link. Supermarkets and other shops around Easter time always sell them though so worth taking a look.
