What different membership options are there?
You can either purchase a monthly membership for £5.99 or an annual membership for £29.99.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, PLG accepts credit/debit cards.
Can I purchase individual printable games?
No — this website is a membership website rather than a shop, so you cannot purchase printable games separately.
However, you can purchase a monthly membership (£5.99), download the games you want, and then cancel the membership straight away.
What does the PLG membership give me access to?
Both monthly and annual memberships give you access to all the printable games on the website, plus any new ones added while your membership is active.
As a member, you’ll also have access to the forums where you can ask questions and discuss the games.
How do I access the games once I’m a member?
After signing up and paying, you’ll receive login access. You can then browse the game library by subject, year, or objective and download the PDF printables as often as you like during your membership.
How many times can I download one of the games?
As a PLG member, you have unlimited downloads to all games and resources.
Are the printables downloadable immediately after purchase?
Yes — once your membership is activated, you can access and download the games instantly.
Will the resources work offline once downloaded?
Yes — once downloaded, the printables can be used offline as long as you’ve saved them to your device.
Are there any technical requirements (software, printer, etc)?
You’ll need a printer (if you’re printing the games) and a PDF reader to open the files.
Some games may require simple materials like dice or counters.
When does my membership start, and when will it end?
Your membership starts as soon as you sign up and complete payment. It will then renew automatically on the expiry date unless you cancel it.
What happens when my membership expires?
Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it. Annual members will receive an email reminder before renewal.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply log into your account, scroll down to ‘My Memberships’, and you’ll find the option to change or cancel it.
What happens if I cancel? Can I still use previously downloaded games?
Any games that you’ve downloaded and saved to your device are yours to keep forever, even after cancellation.
If you haven’t saved them before your membership ends, you’ll lose access once it expires.
Can I get a refund once I have purchased a membership?
As all of the printable games are available to download straight away, I’m afraid refunds can’t be offered once your membership has started.
If you’re unsure, you might like to try the monthly membership first, as you can cancel at any time if it’s not right for you. Please see my Membership Terms and Conditions for more information.
How do I change my membership details (email, password, payment method)?
You can log into your member profile and update your details, or contact support if needed.
What happens if I change schools or move?
Your membership is tied to your user account, not to a specific school. You can continue using it until expiry — just update your contact details if they change.
What age / school years are the games designed for?
The resources are designed for children aged 6–11 years (Key Stage 2), covering Years 3–6 objectives in English and Maths.
Are the resources linked to curriculum objectives?
Yes — all resources are linked to the GOV.UK National Curriculum objectives.
How can I find resources linked to specific objectives?
Go to the ‘Search by Objective’ menu, then select Maths or English, choose a year group and topic, and the related games will be displayed.
Can I use the games for my whole class, or just one child/family?
You may use the games for your whole class and print as many as you need.
All I ask is that you don’t share the resources with other classes — the membership is for the person who signed up and the children they work with.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No — the membership is a single-user licence and may not be shared.
I’ve kept prices as low as possible to make memberships affordable for everyone.
