Converting measures is one of the hardest skills for children to learn; so many different numbers and different calculations to learn about!
In year 3 the National Curriculum says that children will learn to measure, compare, add and subtract: lengths (m/cm/mm); mass (kg/g); volume/capacity (l/ml) and this game will help children do exactly that in a fun way, with questions relevant to their year group.
The aim of the game is to collect all the equivalent measurement cards for your base card first to win the game.
The downloadable game comes with 5 baseboard cards and 20 ‘Match the Measure’ cards plus a ‘How to Play’ sheet.
