Speech Mark Sandwich

Speech punctuation is notoriously difficult to use correctly.

A visual reminder always helps me to remember how to punctuate speech correctly and this speech mark sandwich is one I’ve used for many years to help children to understand it. I found this years ago when I first started teaching and have made my own version which I always use.
